Travis Tritt was amazing. The show was so fun. The issue I have is when I purchased the 2 tickets on Ticketmaster.con I had picked the seats and went to process my Payment with all my credit card info. and billing address and after pressing the process payment button a glitch occurred and it took me back to the original beginning seating chart page that I had started at and I had to go through the entire process again to pick my seats and process my payment. It processed correctly on the second try. We got to the concert and everything went as planned (scanned in correctly with the UR code) until we got to our seats and 2 other people (a mother and her teenage daughter) were trying to get in our seats with screenshot pictures on the mom’s phone of the same tickets I had purchased. She said they would just sit down in front of us on row 1 since those people never showed up. But it was definitely nerve-wracking to think someone else had the exact same tickets and could have very well have had more info than just the same tickets to get in. I’ve had identity theft before so my bank alerts me for every purchase made on my card when it occurs but definitely will be purchasing at the civic center box office next time for security concerns.
